St. Augustine Beach Rental

We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals (nightly rentals are limited to off-peak periods with 2 nights minimum. Our fall/winter weekly rates start from $1185 .Our Spring Break/ summer weekly rate is $1485. Please contact us for additional rate information. We do provide multiple night/multiple week discounts . Please note that until reservations are confirmed all rates are subject to change.
There is a $95 housekeeping fee and a refundable $250 security/damage deposit which also serves to hold the reservation. We accept certified checks, money orders, and bank drafts . We will accept personal check. visa/mc/discover can be accepted with a 3% convenience fee.

On St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia Island just south of beautiful Anastasia State Recreation Area and 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Close to many local attractions, restaurants, sporting activities, outlet shopping, and groceries. Forty five minutes from Jacksonville and Daytona, less than 2 hours to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. About one hour to the Ocala National Forest and the crystal clear Florida fresh water springs ( 72F water temperature all year round ! ).

Fully equipped second floor (European 1st floor) 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,350 square feet(127 m2) condominium. Elevators. Accommodations for Eight. Master bedroom king size bed. Second bedroom- Queen size bed and the third bedroom - two Twins and a Trundle Bed (makes 2 twins or a king). Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Central air and heat. Only steps to the beach. Two splendid freshwater pools , one viewed from our private balcony surrounded by the lagoon and palm trees ,the other next to the gazebo by the beach (both are surrounded with sundeck and loungers). Linens and towels are provided. Wi-FI and 3 cable TVs/ VCR/CD/DVD players. Sorry, absolutely NO smoking inside the condo allowed.
